At Tree Soap Co., your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and unopened. Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on used soap bars for health and safety reasons.

If you received a damaged item or have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged.
