Yes! Many customers use our soaps as a facial cleanser. However, if you have extremely sensitive or reactive facial skin, we recommend starting with a patch test or choosing bars designed for sensitive skin like Fresh Leaf-Birch or Tranquil Rosewood.

Absolutely. Our ingredients are plant-based and include botanicals, clays, and essential oils. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, or petroleum derived ingredients.

Trees for the Future is a nonprofit that trains farmers in regenerative agroforestry. Thank you for reaching out! We understand that mistakes can occur. Please send us an email at shop@treesoapcompany.com with your order number and the correct address at your earliest convenience. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to assist with updating it. However, if it is already in transit, we regret that we cannot divert it. Rest assured, if the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping, although additional shipping fees may apply. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you!

With proper care, each bar lasts around 4–6 weeks with daily use. Our bars are dense and slow to dissolve—no fillers, no shortcuts.

Keep your bar dry between uses. We recommend using Tree Soap Co soap dish for good drainage or our cotton mesh soap bag to extend its life and lather beautifully.

Not at all. Our cold-process method retains glycerin, a natural humectant that draws moisture to your skin. Combined with our nourishing oils, the result is a cleansing experience that leaves your skin soft, not stripped.
