It all began over 30 years ago with a simple love for soap-making inspired by my grandmother, a true conservationist ahead of her time. From reusing scraps to creating something meaningful, she taught me the importance of sustainability and creativity.
Fast forward to today, I’m J.D., founder and CEO of Tree Soap Co. My journey into crafting natural soaps took a transformative turn when my husband, who was battling persistent eczema and overwhelmed of using over the counter medications, challenged me to create something that truly worked. After extensive research and a commitment to natural, effective ingredients, I developed a soap that soothed his skin and eliminated flare-ups.
But my mission didn’t stop there. I uncovered the widespread use of harmful agents in conventional soaps and took a stand against these practices. From sourcing ethical, sustainably produced palm oil to formulating luxurious, skin-loving soaps, every decision I make is rooted in care—for your skin, your health, and our planet.
