The story began more than thirty years ago when the company's founder was introduced to the traditional art of cold-process soap making by her grandmother—a woman who believed in caring for nature, creating with intention, and giving new life to what others discarded. Long before sustainability became a movement, those values shaped a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, responsibility, and the healing power of nature.

Years later, that passion found a new purpose. After watching her husband struggle with recurring eczema and sensitive skin, she experienced the same frustration shared by millions of families searching for gentle skincare products. Product after product promised relief, yet many left the skin feeling dry, irritated, or uncomfortable. Determined to find a better alternative, she began an extensive journey of research into skin barrier science, botanical ingredients, essential oil safety, and sustainable formulation.

Guided by a lifelong passion for botanical soap making, the founder drew upon her background in financial services, statistical analysis and research methodology, and aromatherapy to approach formulation with curiosity, careful research, and a deep respect for both traditional craftsmanship and modern skin science. This perspective inspired a thoughtful formulation philosophy in which every ingredient is intentionally selected for its purpose, compatibility, and contribution to the overall cleansing experience.
