At Tree Soap Company, LLC, we are committed to delivering your order safely, sustainably, and promptly. We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is currently unavailable.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped through USPS and UPS.
All delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
Eco-Friendly Shipping
We use recyclable packaging materials and strive for minimal waste with every order. Your purchase helps support our reforestation efforts through our partnership with Trees for the Future.
Processing Time
Our current processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
If international shipping is offered in the future, buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Tree Soap Company, LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Address Issues
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please email us at shop@treesoapcompany.com immediately.

If your order has not shipped, we will update your address.

If it has shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.

If your order is returned to us, we can issue a refund or reship it (additional shipping costs apply).

If your address is deemed nonexistent, we will reach out to you. If we don’t receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Combining Multiple Orders
We automatically combine all orders placed under the same name and shipping address. If you would prefer us not to combine your orders, please notify us when placing the order.
